• This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating
• Mixed 4.0+ division MAY begin play Friday November 10 (or possibly 4.0 men/women if mixed division not full)

FORMAT:

• Men's & Women's doubles - Mixed doubles 4.0+ level only
• 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 divisions - 10 game pro-set (10 point tiebreaker at 9 games all)
• Consolation draw for 1st round losers of 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 divisions (if full draw)
• Entries limited to 16 teams in all divisions
• Mixed 4.0+ - best 2 out 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker played in lieu of a full 3rd set
• Consolation draw for Mixed 4.0+ depending on number of entries

Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.

ENTRY FEE:

• $85 per player per event
• Online payment/registration only
• Entry includes player short sleeved, DriFit, unisex T-Shirt / size guaranteed if registered by Monday 10/23
• Lunch on Saturday provided for tennis players only
• Food & beverage will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?

• The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not play down a level
• Players may only register for one (1) mens/ladies doubles but CAN register for the Mixed 4.0+ also

The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registration deadline - 12:00 midnight Friday November 3rd
• Draws published on TopDog - Monday evening November 6th
• Play begins - Mixed 4.0+ - Friday night November 10 / all other divisions begin play Saturday morning November 11

Mens &/or ladies 4.0 division play may begin Friday night 11/10 if there is not enough Mixed 4.0+ participation.

NOTES TO PLAYERS:

• NO PARKING permitted on grass areas along the road - must park in pickleball lot or in LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
• Only players in the match are permitted under the courtside canopies during tournament play
• Shower facilities are NOT available
• A fully stocked tennis pro shop with stringing service, tennis apparel & other tennis items for sale is on site
• Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments available for purchase
